«Frnck, 1: Le début du commencement» is the adventure comic written by Olivier Bocquet and illustrated by Brice Cossu, published by Dupuis in hardcover.

Franck, a 13-year-old orphan, runs away from the orphanage when he learns that no one knows what became of his parents. He returns to the place where he was found, now a construction site for a prehistoric theme park, and after falling into a pond wakes up in the real prehistoric era, among smilodons and tribes of Homo sapiens.
