«Gaspar, Melchor y Baltasar» is the novel by Michel Tournier published by Edhasa in 1996 in paperback (267 pages, in Spanish).
Michel Tournier starts from the brief evangelical mention of the Magi to imagine who they were, why they left their kingdoms, and what they found in Jerusalem before Herod and then in Bethlehem. The narrative combines candor and violence in its approach to the spiritual mystery of the West.
The cover indicates the Narrativas contemporáneas collection by Edhasa, in which this Spanish edition is framed.
