«Génesis» is the science fiction novel by Bernard Beckett, published by Salamandra in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).
In a future society presented as utopian, the student Anaximandro undergoes the rigorous entrance examination for the Academy. Over several sessions, the tribunal's ethical and philosophical questions lead her toward a truth that calls into question the foundations of her world.
The original work «Genesis» was published in 2006; this Spanish edition, published on July 16, 2009, belongs to the Salamandra Narrativa collection.
A reading recommended for fans of speculative science fiction and plots with a philosophical background.
