In 1963, in the city of Granada, a lawyer is found dead in a hotel during the year of the flood. As suicides increase, the police are challenged to maintain control of the situation. Commissioner Polo, a telecommunications engineer with a futuristic vision of surveillance, faces the task of investigating these deaths that seem to be more than simple suicides, while the head of state prepares to visit the province. In this context, two women and two close friends belonging to the city's homosexual circle find themselves involved in a plot where crime is used to maintain order in a society in full transformation.
