The biography reconstructs the life of John Nash: the doctoral thesis that advanced game theory, his work at MIT and the 1994 Nobel Prize in Economics. It also describes his descent into schizophrenia, the rejection of those around him and the long isolation, until the affection of those closest to him brings him back to life and research.
The original work, A Beautiful Mind, was published in 1998; this Italian edition is translated by Carlo Capararo, Sergio Mancini and Roberta Zuppet.
