«Il Piccolo Principe» is the children's fable by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, published by Rl Libri in paperback (121 pages, in Italian).
It tells of the encounter between an aviator, who makes an emergency landing in the desert, and a very singular child who asks him to draw a sheep. The little prince comes from another planet, which he left because he felt lonely and where he had left a rose. It is a fable about friendship, loneliness and the way adults look at the world.
Illustrated edition with the author's illustrations, translated by Nini Bompiani Bregoli; part of the Tascabili Bompiani collection.
For readers from 8 years old and for adults who want to rediscover a fable about childhood, as the author proposes in his dedication.
