The volume deals with the attributions that the law recognizes in succession: the legitimate portion, the rights of the surviving spouse, the rights of cohabitants more uxorio and hereditary reserves. It is a collective work coordinated by Martín Garrido Melero with the participation of several notaries as authors of each section.
