«Intercambio con un inglés» is the young adult novel by Christine Nöstlinger, published by Espasa-Calpe in paperback (152 pages, in Spanish).
Ewald is bad at English, so his mother invites an English boy to spend a vacation at their house so he can practice. The newcomer turns out to be a troublesome child and disrupts family life. The novel shows how living with someone different forces you to overcome conflicts and grow.

For young readers from about 12 years old, especially those looking for realistic novels about family, integration and coexistence.
