«Irlanda» is the novel by Espido Freire, published by Booket in paperback (185 pages, in Spanish).
After the death of her sister, Natalia spends the summer in the countryside with her cousins. Among dried flowers, old dresses and spells, she lives in a world of dreams and nightmares where nothing is what it seems. The distance from them, especially from the charming Irlanda, becomes insurmountable in an atmosphere of beauty, cruelty and foreboding.
