«Jane Foster's ABC» is Jane Foster's illustrated alphabet, published by Kings Road in hardcover (24 pages, in English).
Each letter of the alphabet is associated with an illustration by Jane Foster, with bold lines, vivid colors and a retro feel; some choices are unusual, such as armadillo for A. Includes uppercase and lowercase letters and a final page bringing together all the objects, so little ones can link letters to images.
The book belongs to the Jane Foster Books series and its first edition dates from May 1, 2015.
Babies and children starting to get familiar with letters; the retro design may also appeal to adults.
Jane Foster Zlatovski (1912–1979) allegedly engaged, with her husband, George Zlatovski, in covert activities on behalf of the Soviet Union while employed in sensitive U.S. Government wartime agencies during World War II. They were indicted in 1957. Their case was never tried and both Zlatovskis denied the accusations.
