«Je ne sais pas dire non !» is the autobiography of Michel Galabru with Sophie Galabru, published by Michel Lafon in paperback (317 pages, in French).
Michel Galabru reviews his life and craft: childhood, the Comédie-Française, boulevard theatre and cinema, with anecdotes about Louis de Funès, Pagnol, Raimu and the Gendarmes series. He also evokes the success of Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis and the César for Le juge et l'Assassin. In short chapters, a lucid, sensitive and far from solemn man emerges.
The work was published in 2011 and its final pages include an overview of Galabru's career in theatre, cinema and television.
For admirers of Michel Galabru and classic French cinema, as well as for readers of biographies and testimonies from the world of entertainment.
