«Jesús m'estima» is the humor novel by David Safier, published by Editorial Empúries in paperback (296 pages, in Catalan).
The protagonist, Maria, has a run of romantic failures and, after ruining her first marriage herself, meets Joshua, a sweet and generous carpenter who seems the ideal partner. He has only one problem: he is convinced he is Jesus. The novel combines comedy and love to address themes such as family and tolerance among people.
The work belongs to the Empúries Narrativa collection and is the Catalan translation of 'Jesus liebt mich', a novel originally published in 2008.
