In 'Jesus and Yahweh: The Divine Names,' Harold Bloom examines the figures of Jesus and Yahweh, exploring their roles and meanings in the Western religious tradition. Bloom analyzes the inconsistencies and contradictions in the Gospels, as well as the differences between the Hebrew Bible and the Christian Old Testament. This book offers a critical and literary perspective that challenges traditional conceptions and invites reflection on the Judeo-Christian heritage.

Harold Bloom was an American literary critic and the Sterling Professor of humanities at Yale University.
