«Jeu de paires dans le jardin» is the children's book-game by Smriti Prasadam-Halls, published by Kimane in paperback (14 pages, in French).
The book proposes a walk through a flowery garden in which you have to find the little creatures that form pairs. By lifting the flaps and comparing the drawings, the child locates identical bugs, recognizes the intruder and memorizes the images while discovering caterpillars, butterflies and other garden insects.
The French edition, published on June 14, 2018, adapts the original title 'Paint in the garden' and features illustrations by Lorna Scobie.
Recommended from 3 years old, it is a good starting point for the little ones to exercise memory and observation together with an adult.
