Synopsis of Jo de gran vull ser e-co-no-mis-ta

«Jo de gran vull ser e-co-no-mis-ta» is the children's story by Montse Junyent García and Miquel Osset Hernández (Proteus, paperback, 72 pages, in Catalan).

Jan, his father and some friends want to set up a beach bar, but they disagree on how to manage it. The traditional view seeks self-interest through competition; Jan's father proposes the common good through cooperation. Thus, the market allows choosing between two logics, and cooperation proves more satisfying.

Part of the Helena 7.14 collection; includes illustrations by Pep Boatella and a prologue.

For readers aged 10 and up, especially those curious about economics and cooperation.
