«Journal d'un dégonflé, Tome 1» is the humorous graphic novel by Jeff Kinney, published by Seuil Jeunesse in paperback (224 pages, in French).
Greg Heffley is twelve years old and records his life in a diary he prefers to call a «carnet de bord»: middle school, his older musician brother, his clingy little brother, the girls who laugh at him, and his parents, who don't understand him. With his friend Rowley, he tries to survive school while dreaming of being famous one day.
First volume in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. The original work, in English, was published in 2007.
Aimed at young readers aged 9 to 12, especially those who enjoy school humor and illustrated stories.
