«Junie B. Jones no es una ladrona» is the children's book by Barbara Park, published by Bruño in paperback (94 pages, in Spanish).
Junie B. Jones's new mittens are stolen at school. When she later finds a pen she really likes, she decides she has the right to keep it, relying on the idea that life deals out losses and gains. Through her peculiar childlike logic, the story humorously explores what honesty is and whether what seems fair really is.
Part of the Junie B. Jones series. Illustrations by Denise Brunkus; translation by Begoña Oro.
Suitable for readers aged 7 to 10, with large print and fun episodes for beginning readers.

Barbara Lynne Park was an American author of children's books. She is most well known for writing the Junie B. Jones series of chapter books. She has also written several middle grade and young adult books, including Skinnybones (1982), Mick Harte Was Here (1995), and The Graduation of Jake Moon (2000). Park's works frequently visit themes of familial relationships and children's experiences in school, and she based characters on her children and her own childhood memories. Park did not allow adaptations of her works except for stage plays.
