«KeinBuch» is Kerstin Kempf's activity book, published by mixtvision Verlag in paperback (176 pages, in German).
KeinBuch is conceived as a manual without prohibitions: its 86 activities invite readers to use the book actively and destructively, with no need to keep it clean or intact. The final result is a personal, unique artistic piece created by whoever handles it. Its humorous, experimental tone aims to remove the fear of the book as an object.
The full subtitle is «86 Dinge, die du schon immer mit einem Buch tun wolltest, aber nie durftest»; the edition is from 2008.
Intended for those seeking an interactive, humorous experience with the book as an object, far from traditional reading.
