«La auténtica Susi» is the children's novel by Christine Nöstlinger, published by EDICIONES SM in paperback (176 pages, in Spanish).
At the start of the school year, Alexander and Ali take it for granted that Susi will join them at the new school, but her parents have other plans. The novel questions what makes a friendship authentic and how it helps overcome difficulties, in a realistic story about the challenges of school and personal relationships.
Fourth installment in Christine Nöstlinger's Susi series, published in the El Barco de Vapor Naranja collection (no. 65) and translated by Luis Astorga.
Aimed at children and young readers aged 8 to 12 who are looking for realistic stories about friendship and school life.
