La caca de qui?

Synopsis of La caca de qui?

«La caca de qui?» is the picture book by Daisy Bird and Marianna Coppo, published by Andana Editorial in hardcover (48 pages).

A father mouse promises his children a trip to the zoo if they don't talk about poop, but the little ones can't help it: they imagine what the poop of astronauts, cooks, balloon sellers or whales might be like. At the zoo they see that each animal leaves a different poop, and when the father thinks he has explained everything, a stinky surprise sets off the laughter.

This hardcover edition was published in 2023; the original work is from 2021. Anna Llisterri is responsible for the translation.

For early readers and reading aloud: the dialogued text and the game of matching each poop to its animal invite participation.
