«La caixa negra» is a novel by Jordi Botella published by Brosquil Ediciones S.L. in 2005, in paperback, with 224 pages, written in Catalan.
At the Moors and Christians festival in Alcoy, the protagonists discover in their black boxes, like crashed airplanes, the causes of their failure. Through them, the city becomes the setting for a story where political intrigues, the financing of Franco's uprising, and the journey of two men and a woman to the abyss intersect.
