«La Campesina» is the poetry collection by Jacinta Ortiz Mesa, published by Dauro in paperback (166 pages, in Spanish).
La Campesina brings together short poems in which its author, known as La Tilli, captures experiences of rural life and family life. Written in a warm tone with popular turns of phrase, the verses speak of raising children, watching them start their own families, and the joy of one who finally says «now it's my turn».
The work was published in 2017 within Dauro's Esencia collection and appears on the cover as 2nd edition.
Suitable for readers seeking accessible, easy poetry; appears in young adult poetry sections and is ideal for gifting to older people.
