«La copista del Rey Alfonso» is the historical novel by Yael Guiladi, published by Planeta-De Agostini in hardcover (350 pages, in Spanish).

Set in the 13th century, it tells the story of Beatriz, a young woman who enters the service of Alfonso X the Wise as a copyist at the Estudio General. There she comes into contact with prominent intellectual figures of the time and undergoes experiences that will transform her worldview and the course of her life.

It closes the trilogy on the Hebrew presence in the Peninsula, after Orovida and Los cipreses de Córdoba. Published in 1999.
