La cuchilla en el ojo

Synopsis of La cuchilla en el ojo

«La cuchilla en el ojo: y otros poemas teóricos» is the poetry collection by Juan Barja, published by Calima Ediciones in paperback (202 pages, in Spanish).

The volume brings together poems in which a theoretical gaze is applied to the experience of the real. Poetic writing functions as an instrument of knowledge and as a form of questioning, and it is in this crossing between thought and poetry that the compositions gathered under the title La cuchilla en el ojo are inscribed.

First edition, published in 2001. Opens the Calima territorios collection, in which it appears as number 1.

For readers of Spanish poetry and of texts that explore the link between literature and thought.
