«La dama del castillo» is the historical novel by Iny Lorentz, published by Suma in hardcover (527 pages, in Spanish).
Continuation of «La ramera errante», the action takes place about ten years later, around 1425, and follows Marie, who now leads a respectable life. When her husband disappears during the war against the Hussites, she disguises herself as a barmaid to join the army and search for him, on a journey that crosses Sigismund's empire to Bohemia and blends romance, intrigue and medieval adventures.
It is the second installment of the series begun with «La ramera errante»; its original German title is «Die Kastellanin».
For readers of historical fiction and medieval romance, and for those who want to continue Marie's story after «La ramera errante».
