«La enamorada del muro» is a children's story by Sandra Comino, published by Fondo de Cultura Económica in paperback (51 pages, in Spanish).
The story follows Eulogia and her son Iván, whose routine is disrupted when Iván sees a huge rat strolling along the wall capping the boundary wall. That moment leads to great confusion and a series of everyday mix-ups told with imagination and humor, typical of Latin American children's literature.
A work from the A la Orilla del Viento collection of Fondo de Cultura Económica, with illustrations by Ricardo Radosh.
Recommended for early readers and for those seeking short illustrated stories with adventures close to daily life.
