«La excursión a Tindari» is the crime novel by Andrea Camilleri, published by Salamandra in paperback (256 pages, in Spanish).
In Vigàta, Sicily, Inspector Montalbano handles two seemingly unrelated investigations: the murder of a young man and the disappearance of an elderly couple during a trip to Tindari. His method, built on observation and pauses for thought, ultimately reveals an unexpected link and a dangerous plot he should never have uncovered.
The seventh installment in the Inspector Montalbano series bears the original Italian title «La gita a Tindari».
For readers interested in the detective genre and in Inspector Montalbano's investigations.
