«La grúa» is the children's story written and illustrated by Reiner Zimnik, published by Espasa-Calpe in paperback (123 pages, in Spanish).
In a city without cranes, goods pile up at the station; the mayor and his twelve councilors decide to build a loading crane on the outskirts. When a man climbs to the top, he discovers that being a driver is wonderful: he enjoys the hum of the engine and the squeal of the pulleys.
