«La hija del lobo» is Gillian Cross's young adult novel, published by SM in paperback (176 pages, in Spanish).
Cassy wakes in the early hours to hear footsteps and whispers reaching Dan's apartment. Nan sends her to her mother's house, as always when the brown suitcase appears. Soon after, the figure of the wolf dominates her thoughts and fears, and the young woman discovers its meaning is far deeper than she believed.
The original work, «Wolf», was published in 1990 and received the Carnegie Medal; in Spain it appeared in the Gran Angular collection.
Aimed at young adult readers, it combines suspense, mystery and an unsettling atmosphere.
