«La increíble historia del puntito Chimpún» is the children's picture book by Inma Muñoz, published by Ocho en Punto Editorial in hardcover (32 pages, in Spanish).
Chimpún is a period who feels lonely because, every time he appears, the fun ends: after a story comes the «colorín colorado» and after a birthday party the friends leave. One day he meets Chamchán, another little dot, and playing together they discover that, placed one on top of the other, they form the colon, a sign that leads to new stories and surprises like firefighters putting out a fire.
Didactic story for early readers, recommended for children aged 2 to 7. The author is Inma Muñoz Moreno and the illustrations are by Vireta.
Designed for children who are beginning to familiarize themselves with punctuation marks, as well as for families and educators looking for playful and visual support for that stage.
