«La magia de los Woolis» is the children's novel by Blanca Álvarez, published by Oxford University Press España in paperback (104 pages, in Spanish).
Jairo and Juan are twin brothers so mischievous that no babysitter can stand them. When Manuwe, a caregiver of Haitian origin, arrives, everything changes: she senses they just need more attention from their parents and manages to speak to them through the woolis, magical dolls she has knitted.
