«La merienda de las hadas» is the children's book-game by Susie Foster, published by La Galera in hardcover (32 pages, in Spanish).
A volume that turns tea time into a fairy party: it offers recipes for cakes, canapés and sweets, a story about that magical world and six cut-out fairies to play with. The book unfolds and serves as a table, and the cardboard pieces from the hidden drawer are used to decorate the table before inviting friends.
With illustrations by Kay Widdowson. Part of the «Libros juego» collection (no. 58). First edition: 2012. Original title: «The Fairy Tea Party»; translation by Núria Garcia.
Suitable for children aged 4 to 7; combines reading, baking and play, designed as a shared activity.
