A wonderful, poetic, and magical story about the love of books. Anna, a girl of almost ten, has a great passion for reading. Her love for books is so great that Monsen, the librarian, becomes one of her best friends. One day, Monsen reveals to Anna the fate of forgotten books: destruction. Anna, horrified at the idea that the worlds and characters within those books disappear forever, embarks on an extraordinary adventure to save them from oblivion.
