«La nit» is a sound and pop-up children's book by Maurice Pledger, published by Cruïlla in hardcover (12 pages).
The book takes readers on a journey through different scenes of the world at night and shows which animals stay awake while little ones sleep. As pages are opened, animals move and mysterious sounds are heard: the howl of the wolf, the roar of the tiger, and the call of the tawny owl under the moonlight. The night is not silent.
Volume 0 of the collection «El sons de la natura», published in 2007; Maurice Pledger is also the illustrator.
Recommended for children aged 5 to 9, especially for early readers interested in nature and animals.
