«La Nostalvie» is the memoir by Patrick Sébastien, published by XO Editions in paperback (296 pages, in French).
French comedian and presenter Patrick Sébastien develops his concept of «nostalvie»: a positive look at the past that, far from melancholy nostalgia, serves to face the future with energy. Sébastien reviews his multiple lives and argues that recovering happy moments from the past helps build a better tomorrow.
