«La pequeña coral de la señorita Collignon» is the young-adult novel by Lluís Prats Martínez, published by Bambú in paperback (136 pages, in Spanish).
Miss Collignon, a French and music teacher, is forced to leave a school in the upscale area of Barcelona for a school in the Raval, where students from many cultures come together. There she undertakes with her students the creation of the Rainbow Choir, a shared project that shows how music unites people from different backgrounds.
It belongs to the Grandes Lectores collection, number 21, and includes illustrations by Jordi Vila Delclòs.
Recommended for readers aged 11 to 14, especially for those who enjoy school stories, coexistence and cultural diversity.
