Zou is getting ready to go to summer camp. He wants to seem grown-up, even though he knows he will miss the daily kisses: the morning ones, the bedtime ones, and the ones given for no reason. His parents keep a good supply of kisses for him in a box so he won't feel lonely, but the box holds a surprise.

For young children facing their first stay away from home, such as summer camp, and for reading aloud.
