La quinta vela de Adviento

Synopsis of La quinta vela de Adviento

«La quinta vela de Adviento» is a book of meditations by José Granados, published by Editorial Ciudad Nueva in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).

Taking the Advent wreath as its symbol, the book reflects on Christian hope: the fifth candle, which only God lights, is the light capable of illuminating the night. The meditations for each day invite readers to prepare for Christmas by recognizing that light and receiving God, who comes to meet the reader.

First edition, first printing, published on October 30, 2008; the subtitle on the cover is «Meditaciones para cada día».

Aimed at those seeking spiritual readings for Advent, whether for personal meditation or for the liturgical preparation of Christmas.
