«La señora Doubtfire» is the children's and young adult novel by Anne Fine, published by Algar Editorial in hardcover (192 pages, in Spanish).
Daniel is not an ordinary father: his children adore him, but his ex-wife is fed up with him behaving like another child. When he loses custody in the divorce, he comes up with a wild plan: to disguise himself as an elderly housekeeper and enter his former home as Mrs. Doubtfire, an unforgettable nanny.
It is part of the Calcetín collection from Algar Editorial (number 49). This Spanish edition translates the original novel Madame Doubtfire, published in 1987.
Recommended for readers aged 11 to 14, as well as for those who want to rediscover the story that inspired the movie starring Robin Williams.
