«La zona ciega» is the contemporary fiction novel by Chiara Gamberale, published by Feltrinelli in paperback (219 pages, in Italian).
On 29 February, at an amusement park, Lidia and Lorenzo meet. She, a radio host, knows pain well; he, a narcissistic writer, protects himself with lies. Their relationship leads them to explore their «blind spots», what they ignore about themselves. Between the tragic and the comic, the letters of Brian, a former musician, open the door to listening and being heard.
This edition (2017) belongs to the «I Narratori» collection by Feltrinelli and includes an epilogue by Walter Siti.
