«L'abominable crim de l'Alsina Graells» is the mystery novel by Pep Coll, published by Editorial Empúries in paperback (224 pages, in Catalan).
A conservative congressman is found strangled in the last seat of a bus that has made no stops, so all the passengers become suspects. With fine irony, the investigation stirs up a small town drowsy with fog and confronts characters with plenty of motives for the crime.
The novel was originally published in 1999 and is part of the Butxaca collection from Editorial Empúries.
A read for young people and adults seeking a rural mystery with irony and memorable characters.
