«L'affaire Barbe-Bleue» is a children's theater book by Yak Rivais, published by RETZ in paperback (32 pages, in French).
The work brings together two short pieces of mystery and humor. In the first, a police inspector investigates the death of Barbe-Bleue: the nephew accuses the widow and her brothers, who claim self-defense, while the evidence seems manipulated. In the second, Holmes and Watson pursue a very cunning bandit who tries to escape with a trick.
Published in 2000 in the Petits comédiens collection; includes the complete texts of the two pieces and the illustrations by Stéphane Girel.
Intended for young readers and for theater workshops in schools.
