«L'ànec daurat» is the bilingual children's story by Ewa Anna Taras and illustrated by Mauricio Jacome, published by Editorial Ecir in paperback (32 pages).
The Catalan title and its Polish subtitle, «Zloty kaczka», set this story in Poland: the cover illustration shows a child fascinatedly watching a golden duck, in a warm-toned setting. It is part of a series designed to bring multiculturalism and values to early readers.
Number 11 of the Multicolor collection, focused on multiculturalism and values. Published in 2007; text in Catalan and Polish.
For early readers and for families or schools wanting to work on cultural diversity with short stories in a bilingual version.
