«Lanza en astillero: El Caballero Don Quijote y otras sus tristes figuras» is the collective comic coordinated by Jesús Cuadrado, in paperback, 132 pages.
Commemorative project for the fourth centenary of Don Quixote: around twenty Spanish and foreign authors adapt chapters of Cervantes' work into panels. Each creator worked without knowing the contributions of the rest, and the result is a sample of very diverse styles that expands the limits of conventional comics.
Produced by Ediciones Sins Entido and published by the Publications Service of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha in 2005; cover by Fernando Vicente.
For readers of author comics and for those interested in graphic recreations of the classics of Spanish literature.
