«Las pruebas» is the young adult science fiction novel by James Dashner, published by Nocturna Ediciones in paperback (496 pages, in Spanish).
Thomas and the Gladers think solving the maze was the end, but they return to a devastated world: arid, scorched land, no governments, and a disease that drives people insane. Thomas meets Brenda, who claims to be infected, Teresa disappears, and the organization WICKED leaves a message. Words tattooed on necks mark supposed destinies.
Second installment of the saga of «El corredor del laberinto», by James Dashner, translated by Noemí Risco Mateo. Its original title is «The Scorch Trials».
Recommended for young adult science fiction readers who have read «El corredor del laberinto» and want to continue with Thomas's story.
