In less than a year and a half, the five Lisbon sisters, teenagers between thirteen and seventeen years old, committed suicide. The young people in the neighborhood were always fascinated by those unattainable young women in bloom, attracted by that house of dense cloistered femininity. Twenty years later, those same teenagers, now on the border of middle age, try to unravel the enigma of those dead lolitas who continue to fascinate them.
