Camille Thibault, a young police officer, suffers from horrible nightmares since receiving a heart transplant. In her dreams, a young woman desperately asks her for help. When her heart begins to show signs of rejection, Camille becomes obsessed with finding her donor and uncovering her past. Meanwhile, in Paris, investigator Franck Sharko faces the most difficult case of his career: the death of twelve young people and their connection to a woman who reappears blind after a long time underground. Strangely, Camille seems to be ahead of Sharko in every clue. This is the story of Camille, a police officer who lives with the heart of a killer.
