In 'Le garçon incassable', Florence Seyvos intertwines the biography of Buster Keaton with a moving personal story. The narrator, researching Keaton in Hollywood, finds herself reflecting on her brother Henri, a 'different' child with whom she shared a childhood marked by brutal physical experiences and deep loneliness. The novel explores resilience in the face of adversity and the search for a secret that unites Henri and Buster in their uniqueness.
Florence Seyvos is a French novelist, and screenwriter. Her films have been successful in French and in English.
