«Le gorafi de l'année 2017» is a satirical compilation by Le Gorafi and Jean-François Buissière (Flammarion, paperback, 237 pages, in French).
It collects fake news and absurd headlines parodying French current affairs of 2017: politics, economy, news and celebrities. It includes delirious situations such as a man who wakes from a coma and wants to vote for the Socialist Party, a bull replaced by Jean-Luc Mélenchon or Nicolas Sarkozy in Las Vegas, and a horoscope for 2017.
Published in 2016; subtitle: «Tout le futur selon des sources contradictoires», with the motto «2017 comme si vous y étiez !».
For readers who enjoy political satire and absurd humor, especially if they follow French current affairs or the tone of Le Gorafi.
