«Le goûter de Turban» is a children's story by Karen Wallace, illustrated by Rebecca Harry, published by Gründ in paperback (16 pages, in French).
Turban, a small purple elephant, makes his clumsy way to meet his friends; the title refers to the snack they are about to share. The illustrations show him crossing a field of flowers, butterflies and birds.
The original English work is titled «Teatime for Ella»; the French edition features a translation by Mélanie Carpe.
For young children starting to listen to stories, with a short length and illustrations that accompany the reading.
